Included are employees, volunteers and all other allied providers & contractors associated with carrying on the business of the Anne Sullivan Centre and services funded by The Anne Sullivan Foundation.
Safeguarding/requirement on organisations to hold certain information on people, as set down by regulatory bodies, such as the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA), HSE or the Revenue

How long we hold your information – Retention and Security
How long we hold your data for is only as long as necessary, subject to internal policy requirements, regulatory compliance and contractual agreements.
Your information is treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
In compliance with Irish statutory requirements, donation and financial records are securely retained for a period of 7 years, after which they are safely destroyed.
General query data is only held for as long as necessary to resolve your request, in line with legal requirements. We never share or sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
